The Opportunity: Location: Blackpool, Lancashire (Accessible via public transport and with on-site parking) Start Date: September Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Term-time only - enjoy school holidays off!) Pay: £85 - £100+ per day (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, long-term with permanent opportunities What You''ll Be Doing: Providing 1-to-1 mentoring and small-group support to students aged 11-16. Supporting pupils dealing with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, attendance hurdles, or low confidence. Helping de-escalate potential conflicts and encouraging positive classroom behaviour. Acting as a relatable role model and a trusted listener.
