Youth Worker (Mentoring)

The Youth Worker (Mentoring) will support Inspiring Inclusion''s Our Schools, Our Change programme by providing trauma informed, one to one support to Black and racially minoritised young people with adverse childhood experiences. Working closely with Camden schools and community partners, they will build trusting relationships that help young people feel seen, heard, and empowered while wider systems change progresses. They will use holistic, strengths based, participatory approaches, contribute to a test and learn model, and bring strong reflective and organisational skills. Personal experience of racial profiling in state education is essential, enabling deep empathy and authenticity.
