• Be highly skilled in de-escalation techniques and behaviour management

• Act as a strong, consistent role model who inspires trust and respect

• Show genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND

• Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural challenges

• Building positive relationships that promote confidence, independence, and wellbeing

• Managing and de-escalating challenging situations in a safe and effective manner

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

• Encouraging engagement in learning and personal development
