Do you have the "street-smart" empathy needed to support young people through the challenges of secondary school? We are seeking a  Youth Worker  to step into the classroom at a vibrant  Blackpool Secondary School .  This isn''t your standard TA role. We need someone who can speak the students'' language, act as a mentor, and bridge the gap between home, the community, and the classroom. This is a  Temp-to-Perm  opportunity for someone looking to build a career in education or social support.   Key Responsibilities      Mentoring &amp; Engagement:  Working 1:1 or with small groups of students who are disengaged or struggling with the transition to secondary life.     Behavioural Advocacy:  Helping students manage their emotions and de-escalate conflicts before they disrupt learning.     Classroom Presence:  Supporting the teacher by keeping "high-energy" students on task and focused.
