This vital, non-teaching role requires a calm, authoritative presence to maintain a positive learning environment. The Role: Class Management and Behaviour Support This is a key pastoral and behavioural role designed for someone who can command respect and manage large groups effectively, ensuring student safety and focus are maintained.Class Supervision: Proactively manage and supervise classes of up to 30 students when the usual teacher is absent (e.g., PPA cover, short-term sickness).
