      <description>Location: City | Salary: 25211.00-25211.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Children and Young People Trainee Assessor (CYP) We are of a leading training provider for a Trainee Assessor in the Children and Young People sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience looking to move into an assessing role  full training will be provided, including support to gain an assessor qualification if not already held. Key Responsibilities:  Assess and support learners working towards CYP qualifications Conduct workplace visits and monthly progress reviews Manage a caseload and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance  Essential:  Experience in Children and Young People sector Level 4 or 5 NVQ/QCF in CYP Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) Willing to complete DBS and EWC registration  Desirable:  Assessing qualification (TAQA/CAVA/A1) or willing to work towards one.
