Youth Voice and Engagement Manager We are seeking a passionate Youth Voice and Engagement Manager to help young people build confidence, influence decisions and shape opportunities across the UK. Position: Youth Voice and Engagement Manager Salary: £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience Location: Hybrid, with at least one day per week in the Bolton office and travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing date:Wednesday 28 October 2026 About the role Young people deserve a meaningful say in the decisions that affect their lives. In this rewarding role, you will ensure their voices help shape a national youth charity s priorities, programmes and services. Your main focus will be coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, bringing together young people from across a nationwide network. You will create opportunities for them to develop leadership and advocacy skills, share their experiences and influence decision-makers. Key responsibilities include: Recruiting, inducting and supporting a diverse group of Youth Advisory Board members. Coordinating meetings, communications and follow-up actions. Planning and delivering workshops, training and residential activities. Supporting young people to speak at events, engage with the media and contribute to campaigns and consultations.
