Youth Voice and Engagement ManagerWe are seeking a passionate Youth Voice and Engagement Manager to help young people build confidence, influence decisions and shape opportunities across the UK.Position: Youth Voice and Engagement ManagerSalary: £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experienceLocation: Hybrid, with at least one day per week in the Bolton office and travel across the UK, including occasional overnight staysHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: PermanentClosing date:Wednesday 28 October 2026About the roleYoung people deserve a meaningful say in the decisions that affect their lives. In this rewarding role, you will ensure their voices help shape a national youth charity s priorities, programmes and services.Your main focus will be coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, bringing together young people from across a nationwide network. You will create opportunities for them to develop leadership and advocacy skills, share their experiences and influence decision-makers.Key responsibilities include:Recruiting, inducting and supporting a diverse group of Youth Advisory Board members.Coordinating meetings, communications and follow-up actions.Planning and delivering workshops, training and residential activities.Supporting young people to speak at events, engage with the media and contribute to campaigns and consultations.Connecting young people with senior leaders and external decision-makers.Supporting youth participation in the development of new youth ..... full job details .....
