To ensure the provision of an engaging learning programme within the relevant subject area. To prepare, deliver, assess and evaluate the course to the specified standard required by the service and the Awarding Organisations. To ensure thatadministrative procedures relating to learner and class delivery are completed accurately and to agreed compliance based targets.KEY RESULT AREAS1. To design, deliver and develop appropriate and relevant learning to promote positive progression of learners2. Plan the learning and assessment process with learners3. To recruit learners to the programme4. Induction including, meeting and greeting all learners, completing all relevant eligibility documentation delivering the structured induction session and making sure all learners have a clear understanding of the programme and future goals.5.
