The postholder will be responsible for planning and delivering learning within the relevant subject area, supporting learners to achieve agreed qualifications and personal development outcomes, and maintaining accurate learner, assessment and programme records in line with organisational, contractual and awarding organisation requirements. The role will also involve recruiting and inducting learners, building positive professional relationships, supporting vulnerable and challenging young people, working with external partners and stakeholders, and contributing to high levels of learner retention, achievement and progression.
