We work in partnership with schools and alternative provisions to provide high-quality staffing solutions, while offering our staff exceptional support, training, and career progression.The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and resilient Youth Support Worker to join our team from September 2026. This role involves working closely with young people who may have additional needs such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, behavioural needs.You will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them develop confidence, build positive relationships, and engage with their education.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupilsSupport students with emotional regulation and behaviour managementBuild positive, trusting relationships with young peopleAssist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessonsPromote a safe and supportive learning environmentEncourage personal development, confidence, and resilienceWhat We''re Looking ForExperience working with young people (youth work, care, mentoring, coaching, or similar)Positive, patient, and adaptable approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm in challenging situationsA genuine ..... full job details .....
