Purpose We have an exciting and flexible opportunity for a to join our Norfolk youth team for Prospects, part of Shaw Trust Youth. Based across Norfolk, including North Norfolk and Broadland, this role supports young people aged 14-18 who are at risk of statutory intervention and young people aged 10-14 on their progression from primary to secondary school. We''re ideally looking for someone to join us for 30 hours per week, but we''re open to discussion - for the right person, this could be a year-round or term-time position, increasing hours during term-time. Our Youth Workers enjoy autonomy and flexibility to tailor support to each young person, helping them make sustainable progress.
