Purpose We have an exciting and flexible opportunity for a to join our Norfolk youth team for Prospects, part of Shaw Trust Youth. Based across Norfolk, mainly in South Norfolk, with some schools in Breckland and Norwich. This role supports young people aged 14-18 who are at risk of statutory intervention and young people aged 10-14 on their progression from primary to secondary school. We''re ideally looking for someone to join us for 25 to 37 hours per week, term time only, but we''re open to discussion - for the right person. Our Youth Workers enjoy autonomy and flexibility to tailor support to each young person, helping them make sustainable progress.
