Residential Support Worker - 2 bedded Children''s Residential Home Location: Manchester Salary: 25,272 - 33,696 per annum, plus 52 per sleep Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 3 x 12 hour shifts plus sleeps Residential Support Worker candidates can choose between a 36 hour, 40 hour or 48 hour permanent contract. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.Key Responsibilities:Support young people in care with day to day duties and independence. Ensure all safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards are metSupport the development and implementation of individual care plansBuild trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals Requirements:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) -Ideally or happy to work towards.
