As a supervisor, you will be a key part of supporting young people to build skills and get the support they need to overcome barriers to employment. Feel Good was created in 2014, by South-West London based charity Regenerate, to support young people aged 18-24 who are facing barriers to employment such as high anxiety, special educational needs, and/or contact with the youth justice system.
