Youth Services Team Lead
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Youth Team. This role will suit someone with experience supporting and/or working with ADHD and/or autistic young people who is highly organised and shares our passion for making a difference. About the Role Support the operational management of the Youth Service, assisting the Youth Services Manager with the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and development of youth programmes across North West London. Line manage and support Youth Support Workers, providing supervision, guidance, and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of programme objectives. Deliver direct support to neurodivergent young people and families through one-to-one sessions, group activities, courses, and peer support programmes that improve understanding, wellbeing, and quality of life Undertake administrative, project management, and strategic planning activities, including scheduling appointments, creating content, facilitating groups, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring funder requirements are met. In this role, you will join the CAAS Youth Services Team as we work to educate, empower and improve quality of life for neurodivergent individuals, their families, and the communities they live in. We work in a variety of settings, so a flexible approach is essential.
