We are seeking a passionate, resilient  Youth Outreach Worker  to support secondary school pupils who are disengaged from education, at risk of exclusion, or facing social and emotional challenges. This role bridges the gap between the classroom, home life, and the local community.  This position is ideal for individuals looking to apply  transferable skills  from backgrounds such as  ex-military/armed forces, sports coaching, youth work, emergency services, or social care . You do not need formal teaching qualifications-we value your ability to build rapport, establish boundaries, and act as a positive role model.   The Role   As an Outreach Worker, you will work dynamically across secondary schools and community settings, targeting disengaged pupils to help them re-integrate successfully into learning.
