This role involves building trusting relationships with young people, initially within their homes/ online , building to travelling around their community and gaining life skills eg travel training. The main outcome will be to build their confidence and self esteem to leave the home and engage in activities onsite at Keane Futures Key Responsibilities: Build positive and meaningful relationships with young people, who have had bad experiences within education, can be shut down and unwilling to engage, through interest based activities.
