Prospero Teaching is looking for a Youth Engagement Officer to take a position at their school, set in a purpose built school in Bolton. This school is a specialist provision for young people who need that little extra support and guidance, due to SEMH needs. Students at this school can pose challenges but staff who are calm, patient, resilient and caring will make huge differences in this setting. We have worked with this group of schools for several years now and they have a particular interest in securing the services of an enthusiastic graduate for this particular position. There is lots of training available for the successful position and our SLT run regular CPD for all staff. This role would be ideal for someone considering teacher training for September 2026. This role would also suit an experienced SEMH support worker looking for a role where you can get out of the confines of the classroom and out into the community with the young people you support.
