The postholder will manage a caseload, deliver statutory interventions and support young people to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of young people subject to  Youth Justice statutory orders . Complete  AssetPlus and other assessments , identifying risks, needs and strengths. Develop and deliver targeted intervention and risk-management plans. Prepare  pre-sentence, referral order and court reports . Represent the YJS at  Youth Court and other courts  as required.
