The role is focused on delivering services that meet the individual needs of children and young people, their families and caregivers, with the aim of reducing offending and preventing reoffending. You will work across the Youth Justice Service, Birmingham Children''s Trust and wider partner agencies to ensure young people have access to appropriate and effective interventions. The service takes a restorative and trauma-informed approach, supporting young people to develop a pro-social identity, build positive futures and recover from experiences of trauma.
