This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multi-agency team committed to preventing youth offending, safeguarding vulnerable young people, and reducing reoffending through evidence-based interventions and strong partnership working. The role involves supporting children and young people who are at risk of, or have been involved in, offending behaviour, helping them to achieve positive outcomes and make lasting changes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality youth justice interventions to children, young people, and their families. Undertake assessments, develop outcome-focused intervention plans, and manage risk and vulnerability effectively. Prepare court reports, bail assessments, referral order documentation, and pre-sentence reports. Represent the service at Youth Court and Police Stations, liaising with courts and partner agencies. Work collaboratively with Police, Probation, Health, Education, Courts, and Children''s Services to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
