Main purpose of position: The Youth Hub Co-ordinator will lead the operational delivery and ongoing development of Luton Council''s Youth Hub, providing a welcoming, inclusive and aspirational environment that supports young people aged 16-24 who are NEET, unemployed or facing barriers to education, employment and training. Managing a team of two Employment Support Officers, the postholder will coordinate a co-located partnership of over 15 organisations, bringing together employment, skills, health, housing, wellbeing and voluntary sector support from a single location. The role will oversee delivery Youth Hub programme supporting at least 300 young people each year to progress towards employment, apprenticeships, education and training.
