The lessons are written and the materials are there. What the day needs from you is someone to lead the room. What the job asks of you Be the class motivator. Lift the room and keep it lifted. Making the lessons fun is the method, not a bonus. Set the pace. Keep the session moving so every group gets through the content and nobody is left behind. Hold the room. Support classroom delivery and behaviour management with the rest of the team. Be the school''s point of contact. Liaise with the school contact so the day runs the way the school expects.
