This role will coordinate partnerships, ensure high-quality service provision, and drive outcomes that reduce youth unemployment and promote social inclusion. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery and Coordination Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Youth Hub, ensuring services run 4-5 days per week. Manage co-located services and maintain strong partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, and community organisations. Ensure the presence of a DWP Youth Work Coach on-site for 3-4 days weekly to provide integrated support. Partnership Development Secure and manage partnerships with a support agencies including organisations delivering housing support, mental health services, budgeting advice, training, and employability support.
