Job Role: Youth Employability Activity Coordinator Youth Engagement Employability Community Programmes Careers and Progression Location: Bedfordshire - Community-Based (Local Travel Required) Salary: £32,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Role Overview Are you passionate about engaging young people, building confidence and creating opportunities that lead to meaningful careers? We are recruiting an energetic and creative Youth Employability Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging programmes that help young people aged 18-24 develop the skills, confidence and motivation needed to progress into employment, education or training. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in youth work, employability, education, careers guidance, community development, coaching, sports development, creative arts, training or support services who enjoys inspiring young people and helping them achieve their potential. As a Youth Employability Activity Coordinator, you will create and deliver innovative workshops, projects and activities that develop employability skills, workplace awareness, resilience and confidence. Working closely with Mentors, employers and community partners, you will help participants take positive steps towards sustainable employment and long-term success.
