This is a rewarding frontline role supporting young people who may have experienced homelessness or challenging circumstances, helping them develop the confidence and practical skills needed to move towards independent living. The Role You will: - Provide 1-to-1 key worker support to young people aged 16–25 - Develop and review individual support and action plans - Complete and update risk assessments and risk management plans - Support young people with tenancy and housing management - Assist with Universal Credit, PIP, Housing Benefit and other benefit applications - Help with budgeting, bills and managing finances - Support access to education, training and employment - Work closely with external agencies including mental health services, domestic...
