Youth and Community Lead Oasis Community Hub South Grimsby Hours: 30-40 hours per week (dependent on successful applicant) Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: Grade D - £30,806 FTE Location: Oasis Space South Grimsby, with delivery across education and community settings in Grimsby Want to inspire young people through practical learning and youth work? We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Youth and Community Lead to develop and deliver high-quality youth and community work across South Grimsby. This exciting role will lead the development of the Bike Barn Project, using bike maintenance and practical learning as a powerful tool to engage young people, build confidence, improve wellbeing and create positive pathways into education, employment and training. Working alongside schools, families, community partners and Oasis colleagues, you will help young people overcome barriers, build aspirations and access the support they need to thrive. While an interest in cycling and practical learning is important, you do not need to be a qualified bike mechanic.
