Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for Young Person Worker to support Looked After Children, Care Leavers aged 16-17, and Adults at Risk within supported accommodation services.Job Title: Young Person Worker - Supported AccommodationLocation: BrightonWorking Hours: Full-time Flexible shifts including weekends and sleep-insKey Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one support and key working sessions Complete support plans, risk assessments, and case recordings Support young people with independent living skills including budgeting, cooking, tenancy readiness, and accessing services Work alongside social workers, housing teams, and external agencies Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomesExperience Required: Experience supporting vulnerable young people or adults with complex needs Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed support Good communication, report writing, and organisational skills Ability to manage caseloads and work independentlyMorgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
