The primary shift pattern is a 24-hour shift from 09:00 to 09:00 the following day, which includes a sleep-in period between 23:00 and 07:00. Additional cover may be required for day shifts and wake night shifts. Experience working with young people with complex needs, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to work within a trauma-informed framework are beneficial.
