Job Title:Young Person''s Outreach WorkerLocation:BrightonAbout the Role / Job Summary:We are currently seeking dedicated support staff to work within our supported accommodation services on a flexible shift basis. The primary shift pattern is a 24-hour shift from 09:00 to 09:00 the following day, which includes a sleep-in period between 23:00 and 07:00. Additional cover may be required for day shifts and wake night shifts. Experience working with young people with complex needs, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to work within a trauma-informed framework are beneficial. Reliability and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.Key Responsibilities:Deliver person-centred support in accordance with Ofsted Quality Standards.Build trusting relationships and provide emotional and practical support.Promote independence through life skills development.Support access to education, training, and health services.Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns as appropriate.Maintain accurate records of support and achievements.Participate in multi-agency meetings and collaborate with professionals.Qualifications:Qualification in health and social care is beneficial.Experience in a similar support role is highly valued.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.Education Requirements:English O'' Level or GCSE.A relevant Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.Willingness to engage in continuous ..... full job details .....
