Young Person Independent Living Officer

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, supporting young people to achieve independence, develop life skills, and reach their full potential within a safe and supportive environment. Working alongside the Registered Service Manager, you will help deliver a high-quality supported accommodation service that meets the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. You will play a key role in safeguarding, providing person-centred support, and working collaboratively with external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for young people. As a positive role model, mentor, and advocate, you will build strong relationships with young people and partner organisations, facilitate engaging activities and support programmes, and empower residents to develop confidence, resilience, and independence. Through a strengths-based approach, you will help young people progress towards their goals while promoting wellbeing, safety, education, employment, and social inclusion.
