You''ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to empowering young people to make positive choices and lead safe, healthy lives. Deliver targeted interventions around drug and alcohol awareness. Hold a caseload of young people and provide 1-to-1 support. Plan and run group work programmes. Conduct screening, assessment, and care planning. Provide psychosocial interventions and post-treatment support. Work closely with partner agencies (e.g., youth justice, schools, social care).
