Young People''s Supported Housing Manager Location: Bridgend Salary: £28,683 Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per Week - flexible to meet the needs of the service Are you a passionate and experienced leader committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to lead a supported housing service for young people in Bridgend. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team delivering high-quality support to young people aged 16 onwards facing homelessness, housing instability, and other complex challenges. The successful candidate will be committed to creating a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and trauma-informed practice, empowering both staff and young people to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff. Ensure that the teams caseload is managed correctly. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed support services. Monitor service performance against contractual and organisational objectives. Manage budgets, resources, and compliance requirements effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, partner agencies, and community stakeholders.
