Young People''s Drug and Alcohol Practitioner Supporting young people aged 10-21 with: One-to-one specialist interventions Structured group work and education Substance misuse assessments and support plans Building resilience and encouraging positive choices Safeguarding and risk management Multi-agency partnership working Case recording and monitoring outcomes Adult Recovery Worker Supporting adults through their recovery journey with: One-to-one recovery support Assessments, care plans and reviews Motivating clients towards positive change Harm-reduction advice and relapse prevention Liaising with partner agencies and support services Identifying and managing risks Maintaining accurate case records Experience in drug and alcohol services, recovery, social care, youth work or support work is desirable.
