The service is ran by a well established housing organisation that provide support for Young homeless people across the UK. Day-to-day, you would be; Monitoring the safety/security of the building/Young people, Keeping accurate logs of any contact with the service users and the times they leave & enter the service, interacting with the Young people and ensuring they feel safe-and giving them any support or advice they may need, complete any tasks given by senior members of staff or tasks that have been given on a schedule. Service Information - Lone working (so must have experience in this) 16-18 Year olds Self contained flats Staff MUST stay on site- What is needed Enhanced Child & Adult DBS- Experience working with young people Experience working in a housing support setting or a supported accomodation setting for homeless individuals Passion for helping people improve their lives and a drive to help people work towards living independantly.
