Shifts are currently 9.30pm to 8am. Please state your preferred role and location in your application.About the roleAs Young People Support Worker you will support young people aged 18 to 25 who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment and work alongside each young person as they plan their next steps.You will:Act as a key worker, building trusted relationships and providing practical and emotional support.Complete needs and risk assessments and develop support plans with clear, achievable goals.Help young people build independent living skills and access education, training, employment and volunteering.Respond to safeguarding concerns and work with partner agencies ..... full job details .....
