This role provides immense job satisfaction, working alongside a range of professionals and directly creating positive outcomes for the people you''ll supportWorking HoursFull-time, shift-based role on a rolling rota (Mon-Sun)Day shifts: 8:00am - 8:30pmWaking Night shifts: 8:00pm - 8:30amEssentialMinimum 1 year''s experience working with young people (ages 8-17) in a care, support, youth work, or education settingProven ability to engage, support, and build positive relationships.Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to advocate for young people and support their emotional and behavioural developmentReliable, professional, and committed to safeguarding practicesDesirableExperience in residential care with young people or adolescentsLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Understanding of challenging behaviour, trauma-informed care, or youth developmentExperience with OfstedKey ResponsibilitiesSupport young people with daily routines, independence, ..... full job details .....
