You will be part of the Young Carers Project at Centre 33, providing a variety of support to Young Carers and professionals. Your role will involve assessment of young people, face to face support, group work, raising awareness of Young Carers and Young Adult Carers and promoting partnership working. This post is a critical part of the Young Carers’ service and involves working and engaging with young people and professionals in a variety of settings. You will be working across various locations in Huntingdonshire and Peterborough, with occasional travel to other areas within Cambridgeshire.
