      <description>Location: Northern Ireland | Salary: 40059.00-40059.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Responsible for: Workforce Development Location: Flexible / multi-site (with national travel, particularly across Northern Ireland) Hours: 35 hours per week (5 days) Salary: YMCA Scale 3 - £40,059 plus 5% pension contribution Contract Fixed-term for an initial period of 24 months, with a strong intention to extend subject to continued funding. Interview Date: Wednesday 29th July 2026 Role Purpose As a member of the national team, the YMCA Ireland Workforce Development and Training Manager will lead the strategic design, coordination, and delivery of workforce development and training across YMCA Ireland. This role will build organisational capacity, strengthen professional practice, and position YMCA Ireland as a leader in workforce development within the youth and community sector.
