Who are you£
- Excellent communicator
- Creative, patient, empathetic nature
- Enthusiastic about working with young children
- Strong knowledge and experience of EYFS curriculum preferred
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification required
What are your responsibilities£
- Plan and deliver engaging Year R lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging active participation.
- Ensure pupil safety and well-being, supporting their social and emotional development.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and apply best practices to improve teaching.
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Support childrenandrsquo;s early development, fostering confidence and independence.
- Build strong relationships with parents, providing progress updates and attending meetings.
- Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetings
