Working with a specific year group, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic learning and pastoral welfare, supporting students to overcome barriers to education and thrive.This position is offered on a temporary basis initially, with a clear view to transitioning into a permanent contract for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesPastoral Leadership: Serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, and external agencies regarding day-to-day welfare, behaviour, and personal development.Behaviour and Attendance Tracking: Monitor and analyse attendance, punctuality, and behaviour data to implement early interventions and improve engagement.Student Support: Work closely with vulnerable students, helping them manage social-emotional challenges and supporting SEN or safeguarding teams where required.Collaboration: Partner closely with Year Leaders, Form Tutors, and teaching staff to cultivate a positive, focused learning ..... full job details .....
