Year-End Accountant

A well known Hospice based in East London is seeking an experienced Year-End Accountant to support their finance function through a busy close-down period. This is a full time role, on-site 2-3 days per week requiring someone confident, capable, and able to work with minimal hand-holding.This is an interim role, initially for 3 months but with a strong chance of rollingCandidates will need to be immediately available and have experience with SORP Requirements:Strong year-end accounting experience, ideally within not-for-profit or charity environmentsAbility to hit the ground running and work independentlySolid understanding of audit preparation, reconciliations, and producing year-end packsA proactive, solutions-focused approachThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accountant who enjoys stepping in, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality work in a meaningful setting. ..... full job details .....
