This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled TA who is confident supporting pupils in Upper Key Stage 2 and helping children with additional learning needs achieve their full potential.   The Role   As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both in the classroom and through targeted intervention sessions. Your responsibilities will include:   Supporting Year 6 pupils with their learning across the curriculum.  Planning and delivering targeted maths and reading interventions to raise attainment and close learning gaps.
