Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;well-structured lessonsandnbsp;aligned with theandnbsp;KS2 National Curriculum, with a focus onandnbsp;Year 6 SATs preparation
- Foster aandnbsp;positive learning environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;resilience,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;confidence
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform planning
- Provideandnbsp;targeted supportandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;to meet the needs of all learners
- Buildandnbsp;strong relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Haveandnbsp;experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6 (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective,andnbsp;organised, andandnbsp;motivated practitionerandnbsp;with excellentandnbsp;classroom management
