Year 6 TeacherLocation: OldhamContract: Full-time and temporary (ASAP until May half term)Are you an experienced KS2 teacher with full-time and immediate availability?Premier Education is currently supporting an Oldham primary school in their search for a Year 6 Teacher. The role is to start ASAP until May half-term to cover a temporary absence.About the role:- Teaching a Year 6 class- Be fully supported by a HLTA in the lead up to SATs- Responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum- Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure pupil progress- Participation in staff meetings, CPD, and wider school life as requiredCandidate requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification- Recent experience teaching in KS2 settings is essential- Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills- A reflective, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS certificate and demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)Pay: .00 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)We offer:- A wide range of long-term teaching roles across trusted primary, secondary, and SEND settings- A ..... full job details .....
