KS2 Classroom Teaching assistant Job Description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Classroom Teaching Assistant to support our Junior school team in delivering high-quality education to children in Key Stage 2. Responsibilities Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects within the KS2 curriculum. Year 6. Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with special educational needs or disabilities such as autism. Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties to ensure they can participate fully in classroom activities. Aid in the organisation of classroom resources and materials to facilitate smooth lesson delivery. Monitor and record pupils progress, behaviour, and development, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
