Academics are working with a supportive primary school in Havering that is seeking a dedicated Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant to join the team from November.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping pupils build confidence, strengthen their academic skills and prepare for the next stage of their education.Position: Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant Location: Havering Contract: Long-term contract from 2 November 2026 until July 2027 Pay: 93- 120 per day Start Date: 2 November 2026About the RoleAs a Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant in Havering, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide valuable support to pupils across upper Key Stage 2.You will assist with classroom learning, support individuals and small groups, and help pupils remain engaged and confident in their work.
