About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that promote studentsandrsquo; academic growth and development
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and builds student confidence
- Support the development of key skills in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving
- Regularly assess student progress, offering tailored support and constructive feedback to enhance learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for every pupil
The ideal candidate will:
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting
- Hold a DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Able to adapt quickly and work confidently in varying school environments
- Strong understanding of the primary national curriculum
- Planning and marking responsibilities are required as part of this role
- Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Possess QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification
