About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that promote studentsandrsquo; academic growth and development
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and builds student confidence
• Support the development of key skills in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving
• Regularly assess student progress, offering tailored support and constructive feedback to enhance learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for every pupil

The ideal candidate will:

• Previous experience working in a classroom setting
• Hold a DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
• Able to adapt quickly and work confidently in varying school environments
• Strong understanding of the primary national curriculum
• Planning and marking responsibilities are required as part of this role
• Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Possess QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification
