About the Role
Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Harpenden from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils in the upper stages of Key Stage 2, fostering confidence, independence, and academic excellence as they prepare for Year 6.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across literacy, numeracy, and foundation subjects
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting lessons to ensure all learners succeed
• Support pupilsandrsquo; personal, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum planning and enrichment activities
• Participate in CPD, staff meetings, and whole-school initiatives
